i swear...SOMEONE from my gym has to obviously download all this music and put it on mix CDs because we don't use the radio...because the second that song was done, MxPx "chixdiggit" played.
i go to the gym with my ipod, but fuckin christ veruca salt happens to be playing right as my ipod is paused
Worst I ever had was going for max bench and Celine Dion comes on. Luckily I had the mp3 player on me so just threw the earplugs back on. They play crappy easy listening music at the gym.

I would like to thank Hatebreed for my squat PR yesterday.
last week I had my mp3 on random, and when I was about to do some deadlifts, "chariots of fire" came on.
I almost busted out laughing. Look around the gym and watch people lift while that is playing in your head. its awefully funny.
