Well, I've finally started going to the gym. Being going for three weeks now. Just walking/jogging 4 miles in an hour. Now to put that in perspective. I weigh 255 lbs and am 5'10". Just about all fat. So that's great for me. Also just this week I started lifting some weights to try and build up some muscle. I hope I keep it up. I've lost 5 lbs so far. :hsd:

Good job man, keep it up.

Just stick with it for the long haul....I can't tell you how many people have started trying to do it all at once and quit after a month or so.

Right now I'm working on building up my continous jogging time. I might start swimming once a week. I used to swim a lot and want to get back into it.

Well, I'll be swimming tomorrow. I'm going to try for an hour. Not non-stop though. Switching between freestyle and breast stroke.
