Well, I've finally started going to the gym. Being going for three weeks now. Just walking/jogging 4 miles in an hour. Now to put that in perspective. I weigh 255 lbs and am 5'10". Just about all fat. So that's great for me. Also just this week I started lifting some weights to try and build up some muscle. I hope I keep it up. I've lost 5 lbs so far.
