How are you gonna pay roughly 35 grand and not have a fucking radio? It has air conditioning but no radio. My friend just bought one and I thought it was stupid. On the other hand, the fucking car is BADASS.

it is so pre-modded from the dealer that they even went the distance of taking out your factory stereo for you, and this is how you show your appreciation? :slap:

In Japan, there's a shitload of stereo options you can get. They basically doan have one in there. I got a brochure for tha S14 Silvia, and they have like. . Pioneer (carrozeria), Alpine, kenwood. . all options. . very

Every STi I've seen so far has had a radio. Its just a dealer opition. Put in a terrible system for a few hundred or get the car and put in your own.

Just think of the car costing 31,200 instead of 30,995. If you want a stereo. I'm almost positive its all prewired for a shitty stock system.

Most guys just swap out the stocker anyways. I guess they were trying to make the car as cheap as possible since its an imported car and not built in the states (i dont think its built here at least)

its got to, since a dealer cant spend hours upon hours putting one in as an option. I would asume that minus the lightweight glass and door panels that the actual door is damn near the same thing. The STi looks remarkably like a normal wrx from the wheels back. Except the drivetrain. ;)

  16. THat's pretty lame... I mean come on, that's like 10 lbs of equipment.

What are you going to do in traffic, listen to headphones? :greddy2:

STi's come with all wires in the right places, just no components. This is so dealers can easily add a dealer option to the car.

:werd: I could make up by shaving ten lbs of fat off my own ass, and enjoy a stereo.

That's true. . but, knowing the people that build the legacies :ugh:
I dunno if I could buy one

edit: it is cool tho, when subaru or isuzu comes out with a new car or truck. . they drive it around town and you can follow the japanese doods around. . haha. . I've even seen some RHD vehicles
They have an Isuzu Wizard (Japanese Rodeo) that they take out. .

I followed the Baja around before it came out, and they didn't like it too much. . they finally ditched me haha
