about protein intake...

    im not necessarily "bulking", just adding more protein through my diet (with the help of muscle milk and various other bars, drinks, etc)... but i still do a ton of cardio. will adding this protein help me gain muscle even though im doing a ton of cardio with my weight training?

    so.. i should just stop my cardio all together if i want to see any gains?

    no, just make sure you take in more calories than you burn throughout the day

    so basically, theres no way to get "bulked" while staying lean and cut at the same time?

    you can, it's just very inefficient and hard to do... you have to micromanage your diet, workout, rest, etc... it's not worth it. And it will take you waaaay longer to get where you want to be.

    I cant do cardio for fuck. I lost 6 pounds in one week just from swimming after I lifted.
