    Backstory for fun:

    started training around August 07 I believe @ 125 pounds. Had just gotten off of a 2 year WoW binge, had been dipping a can of copehagen a day, was pale, skinny, weak, felt like shit all the time, no energy etc. Sick of the worthless pile of shit I had become. Decided I wanted to pack on some muscle and look and feel good.

    In about a year I went from 125-155ish. Like 6-8 months in I went to my local supplement shop and wanted to buy a new work out supplement. the guy there said oh hey take this, it'll make u big n jacked, no side effects, etc etc. THe box said oxevol. Turns out this was superdrol :ugh2:. But, i take responsibility for putting that shit into my body. I went up from like 145-150 pounds up to 155-160.. I was under eating at this time also so its wild that I was gaining weight.. the gains seemed pretty dry so i cant say it was all water. didnt have a good pct for after the superdrol, used shitty torimefene.... I crashed about a month after I got off the cycle, lost my weight and strength gains and went back down to 145-150.

    Only this time, I had crashed my test. So with low test in the barely 400 range (and below normal fsh and lh) I managed to climb up to 185. Then my grandma passed away, I got strep throat and some colds, I injured my calf muscle running too much in too short of time and overall got lazy and complacent with being a worthless fuck. So I havent worked out in about 5 months minus these past couple of weeks of just breaking my body in.



    A few weeks ago I weighed in at 158. Im back up to 173 now and gaining fast.

    This log is going to track my progress up to 200 pounds on mostly a 5 x 5 bill starr intermediate routine.

    I have lost a lot of strength on every lift. So feel free to come in here and laugh at the sad weights im putting up :rofl: its good motivation and I enjoy it.




    Tomorrow will be day one,

    I am going to estimate my maxes. I am going to be slightly conservative because I am unsure and weak right now. Muscle memory should kick in and ramp my strength up fast because ive been pounding cals and protein and I plan on getting jacked up on infinity labs products and training hard.

    squat max - Im just going to say 225. I should blow by the 225 in 2-3 weeks is my guess due to muscle memory.

    bench - lets just say 185. Im going to bring my bench up very slowly because I think my rotator cuff is on the verge of being injured. that and my bench max at my peak was 275 so bench has always sucked.

    deadlift - im just going to say 315 max. I should also blow by this really fast since I was pulling over 405 for reps 6-7 months ago.

    incline - just going to say 135 to be conservative.

    bb row - 155 guess.

    military press - i will use 135 but this is definietly going to shoot up real fast.


    Im giong to make sunday my 4th day of the week. im going to do dips, tris, bis, calves, and traps if they are lagging.

    First day of 5 x 5, good work out, focused, moved through it fast, got a good squeeze on almost every rep... weights are weak shit but im growing fast

    Should I add pull ups in?

    if yes, should I do them on my wednesday day (squat incline bench and dead) or my sunday day which is my 4th day im adding for arms, a little bit of shoulders, and calves..
