Ab Workouts?

    One of the greatest problem areas I have had are my abs. Lower to be exact, does anyone know any other ab workouts besides leg raises that will take care of this problem. I also want to strengthen my abs on the side.

    there are like 10349595 billion ab exercises, find which one works for you

    for me, weighted cable crunches and leg raises seem to be the best

    I downloaded that from here and it cuts off with 40 sec. left :( So I have 7:20min abs :hs:

    Why is it that so many people seems to think working one single muscle is so hard? It seems like there is a thread about abs every 20 minutes.

    haha, yeah I am starting to notice thread trends already and I haven't been here long. Either way, I will likely never truly understand why people insist on overcomplicating the simplest of things.
