Find exercises that don't require a foot support?

    Planks
    Jacknifes
    Lying leg lifts
    V-ups

A bunch of others I can't remember the names of.

there are alot of good exercises you can do. That's a good link. I bought a 3 position chin-up/pushup/situp bar from walmart for 14.99 and love it. takes about 3 minutes to install and I find myself doing a ton of chin ups on it because its just there

do it without a foot support. it isolates your abs more, and if you can put your feet in the air it will help even more
