    did planks for time today. trying to get sets up to 1 minute. 2nd set was considerably less.

    gimme some ab exercises, i suck at doing and incorporating ab work. i want to squat more.

    well i dont bring a computer with me and load up youtube whenever i do abs, so i use the video and burn it to dvd to watch.

    We were doing ab crawls in BJJ class today.

    Feet together on a piece of cardboard, toes on the cardboard. Walk the full length of the mat and turn around 4 times. It was a real ball buster.
