    Somebody posted that video here in F&N

    I gave it a go the other day and FUCK ME.. that shit is REALLY hard

    I was in so much pain by about the 4th exercise

    The next two days I could barely climb stairs and I couldn't poop because that involves flexing the abs

    Has anyone else tried it? Am I just an unfit bastard?

    The girl in the video is like superhuman - she does all of the most difficult variations of the exercises and doesn't even break a sweat!

    5ft 7, around 170, about 11%

    My main problem is I'm quite inflexible so lots of the exercises raising your legs in the air and stuff are REALLY hard

    I tried it twice. The first time it hurt, but the second time I finished it easily.

    I did it for the 2nd time today. Was better than before but I had to take breaks.

    I also did the easiest version of every exercise - i.e. I did the wide leg situps instead of crossed-leg, and I pulled my way up my leg for the leg climbs

    Shit, son, that's too much work. I get abs without doing all that BS. I'd rather spend that time doing heavy compound exercises. You can do that shit all day, but unless you are down to a low bf%, you still won't see your abs.

    who the hell does this shit?

    imo squats, deadlifts, and their variations and other compound movements is all you need. thats what works for me at least. fuck situps

    decline medball situps are for the win... I never do them anymore but I think they really strengthen the abs like squats or deads (heavy stabilizing against resistence rather than contraction with bodyweight)... I agree that doing half that shit seems lame though. most people still don't realize that if you want visible abs you need to get your diet in check, not do a billion crunches and sidebends.
