Ab/midsection workouts.

    What ab workouts you guys recommend....I want to also target my "love handles":squint:

    I like the decline bench.

    I do 6 sets of 12 with a plate on my chest

    Then I do another 4 sets of 12 with a rope.

    I just do twists (200reps) for the love handles. I want to have a slim waist so I don't hit the sides hard.

    Diet, Cardio = more then working abs out directly

    Any supplements you guys take like Stacker or anything that "cuts fat". Just wondering...only thing I take is ON whey.

    Well I use a machine thats similar with some weights as resistance.

    how heavy of a weight are you talking about, i do a decline with a 10lb plate behind my head, 30x4 ....
