    at 4:21, the white shotgun shell is the company I worked for. Combined Tactical Systems. bunch of awesome stuff there.

    you'd have to be a class III federal firearms licensed dealer. then you would have to have a law enforcement agency ask for you to get them a demo sample. Then you would have to jump through some hoops to be able to purchase one as a dealer sample. However, you aren't supposed to use dealer samples as a way to expand your personal collection as a Class III FFL...

    Civilians aren't allowed to own full auto weapons made after May of 1985

    Own or Purchase? That would be sweet if you could manufacture your own. But who would have the tooling for that?

    you can make your own semi autos or single shots but to manufacture your own full auto weapon requires a license to manufacture.
