A weird question about diarrhoea and loss of protein.

    So say I just ate like two chicken breasts, which is a pretty good chunk of my daily protein. About ~30 minutes afterwards I take a pretty shitty shit, diarrhoea basically.

    Does that mean I have lost that protein? Should I try and get more to make up for it? Or is it all put to use during digestion?

    30 minutes? the chicken wouldnt even be fully digested yet, most of the protein wouldnt have been absorbed by your body

    Why is that toy on your head?
    The majority of it's going to be absorbed in your intestines. If you see whole chunks of chicken in your stool, you obviously lost that protein.

    yea dude well I really have no idea how digestion works even on the most basic level. I did some google research and found nothing.

    it takes up to 8 hours to fully digest red meat and for it to pass out of the body (the whole process) im assuming chicken and white meats take less time, but theres no way that shit is passing through you in 30 minutes

    I'm eating 250 + g of protein a day. It's not one sitting, but If i'm aiming for 250 a day, shitting out my chicken dinner would cost me like 70g.
