On Friday the 26th of this month a good friend of mine Siobhan Fitzpatrick was killed. She was with 4 of her friends including a german exchange student and the group was hit from behind, she died, two others are critical and two got out lucky with only broken bones. she was a good friend and i still cant imagine what it will be like with out her. :wtc:

Was the guy hitting her hitting her in the back with a car on drugs or something? How on earth do you manage to hit 2 people walking on the sidewalk while you are on the road :ugh2:?

If i was family i would sue the city for everything it was worth, for putting no sufficient lighting, creating a dangerous situation, and making the road to narrow for people who walk there.

If i hear you i think this situation might be able to occur easily again. I would at least send a complaint file to the local government about this street, and what is wrong with it, and maby this will stimulate them to change the current situation.

What a tragedy. It hurts to see a young person developing in life encounter such a cruel and premature finish.

Yes, suing the city certainly IS the answer here, especially for everything it is worth. Whatever.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend.
