ive been using it since timdorr (the owner) posted about it on a site he moderated and that i frequented (neowin.net, tech commune).

i havent had any problems at all. sometimes i notice a slowdown in webpage loading but i have no idea if thats my end or theirs... :dunno:. other then that, they are pretty good...

support wise, they are A+++ though. i had to change my domain once and i got an email response very quickly and they helped me do it as smoothly as possible

I don't have personal experience with them, but when I was researching hosting solutions a while back I remember reading very positive reviews and they made it to my short list of possible providers. I ended up going with someone else, but that was based upon a slightly lesser cost, not performance.

Who did you end up going with? If you don't mind me asking.

Oh sorry, I probably should have mentioned that. I ended up going with Dathorn because they had a very good deal going at the time. Dathorn has been very good, no problems at all, but their approach to customer service is a bit quirky IMO (but good overall). Fortunately, I hardly ever need anything from the hosting company, so this doesn't present a problem.

hivelocity was nice but i used their unmetered solutions so I cannot speak of their other packages.
