    Chick in the background takes away from the picture. So does the subject's hair and makeup. I'm guessing she's pretty nasty without all the makeup...

    Now that we know what everyone thinks about your subject matter. Photographically speaking i think the flash is hitting her forehead and nose a little to hot. I would try to defuse your flash a bit more next time. Other wise it is cleanly shot. What flash were you useing?

    needs some f/1.4-1.2 action there. Grab the focus on her eye and the girl in the background is gone and her assliad of makeup should blend together much better!

    I realize a prime with that aperture isn't practical, but it would def get the effect!

    i would've step back a bit and zoom.. and keep the background in mind (ie. no other person or some interesting lights)

    Hotspot on her forehead, shadow going across her left eye and either bad makeup or bad lighting making her look like shes got hella droopy cheekbones.

    tried to do some editting. took out some moles and smoothed some skin.
