    Progress is from around 212 to 230ish today
    my lift improvements are much better IMO, but not bad, Check out my ripling biceps. :naughty:
    Lifting progress:
    Start
    squat 205 raw
    DL 205ish maybee
    Bench 225
    now
    squat 405 with equipment
    Dl 415+ wit a belt
    bench 265 raw

    Damnit, I know guys (including myself) who have been lifting for months and have trouble lifting 225. I hate it when people can start out being that damn strong.

    I was going to do a progress pics thread as well to jump on the bandwagon, but after looking at my pics from september I just look only slightly bigger and fatter with the only real improvement being in my legs and my numbers.

    Well, the whole areola thing dont bother me much, its genetic, and there really aint shit i can do about it, my parents have offered surgery, but i dont really want to take the time off from lifting to have it done. I dont normally walk around without a shirt on, and the times i dont have a shirt on, i am around people who dont give a fuck. I dont have gyno, i am just fat and cary fat in my moobs.
