A&P a picture I took in the Philippines

    one of my newb pics with my XT I took in the philippines, with a bit of PP I really like how it turned out, mind you Ive only had my camera for a month now so Im still quite a newbie :)

    saturation is a bit much, a bit oversharpened, and a little center heavy. other than that, i love it, i went last summer and i wish i had my 350d back then as well. i think if you made it a bit darker, it'll make the boat pop out even more

    the first one is definitely over saturated and the second one looks like.

    if you can meet in the middle as far as darkness goes from the first picture to the second picture, it would defiently be bad ass

    Here's what I and my homemade photo editor came up with. I corrected the color balance for a light temperature of 6600K (my program auto-detects light temperature) and bumped the contrast by 8%. The change is subtle, but evident: all colors are slightly stronger, red is slightly enhanced, green slightly dampened. A side-by side vs. the unedited original will show the changes.

    I call the program Grafix Effects Suite 2004. I'm proud of it. :greddy:
