    Very low numbers. I've been lifting for 9 months and my currents are only

    185x5/been too long....Around 180ish?/170 :hsd:

    you got a cut and lean body for that size. most folks i see at my gym with your height/weight are just plain (A&F) skinny:mamoru: .


    how come your s/d/b digits low? i know you can do higher weight than 180's lb looking like that.

    I dunno. Like I said, I've only been lifting for 9 months. And honestly I had'nt started squatting up until 3 months ago, and I neglect deadlifting. But all that is going to change. I've been stuck at 123-125 for a few months now and I need to try and surprise my muscles I guess. I weighed 99 in December, didn't know what the hell I was doing until about March, and then I finally started putting on some weight.

    Nothing special really.
    Food just consists of tuna, sandwiches, pasta, fish, chicken. Lots of veggies.

    Morning - Stack of waffles, protein shake, cereal
    Mid morning - Sandwich, some kind of juice
    lunch - Pasta, veggies,tuna
    mid day - tuna, apple/plums
    dinner - chicken/fish. protein shake. watermelon
    Before bed - protein shake, sometimes a totinos pizza :coold:

    And as far as a lifting routine, I usually get flamed but here goes.

    Mon -off
    Tue - off
    Wed - Bi's, chest, thighs
    Thu - Back, tris
    Fri -Legs
    Sat - Shoulders, bis
    Sun -Chest, thighs, tris

    I mix it up here and there depending on variosu factors. Like when I started I would do shoulders twice a week and chest only once. etc etc I never do abs :noes: This was from about a month ago

    It's been about two and a half months since Ive done abs. Thats the only group I neglect but they dont go away because Im a bony ass :hsd:

    the only thing i see lacking, and it could just be from the picture are your triceps. everything else prolly puts you in the top 5 here on F&N

    My tris are meh at best, and my lats need some serious growing. As far as top 5, not by a long shot. Thanks though :hsd:

    :werd: I'm getting a wild hair and thinking about entering a little contest we have locally every year. I have about 9 months to shape up. That's why I've started blasting my legs. I really need to bring them up to par. I'm finally starting to get those two main muscles above the knee to come in.

    But I don't know if 9 months will be enough. If anything, I'd like to join just to see what it's all about. Get a feel for the experience :)
