i enjoy calisthenics and i'm built very lean which tends to help. last summer i challenged myself to run a 4:59 mile. late last year i spent a month working towards a 1 handed pull up. i'm ready to try something else.

it has to be realistic, so no quadruple back flips. a good indicator of this is if you can find a youtube video of SOMEONE doing it.

it can't be too scary. i'm a bit of a pussy, so running up a tree and bicycle kicking off of it is a little too extreme for me.

    any ideas?
    • human flag (mine)
    • suck own dick :greddy:
    • bodyweight single arm snatch
    • look like timber [IMG]

wingspan? i'm not sure if thats the reason

its not impossible for me to touch it, the last 3" are just extremely uncomfortable and hurt my joints rather than my muscles. not worth it to me.

i'm more into exercise for the novelty of it and i like the thought of knowing i can do something. like if i ever had to lift myself up off the side of a building with one arm or something. will it happen? probably not. but its not like you'll ever have to squat 500 lbs either.

maybe if a giant starwars door was closing on you and your escaping friends :dunno:
