    Long time lurker, never really posted.

    Anyways brief history. Started lifting in September 2007. It was my first year of college and all my friends left away for school, and I stayed home for community college, so I had nothing else to do. Started at 155, 5'8", I am currently at 185. I am bulking, not exactly clean, but not dirty. I briefly cut last March and plan to do the same this year. I hope to hit 195 by march. I work out at one of Michigan States gyms, usually busy as hell.

    I am running a 4 day split currently.
    Chest + tri's on monday.
    Legs on tuesday.
    Shoulders on wednesday.
    rest thursday.
    Back + bis on friday.

    btw Im buddies with Knucks, y1997, and raussaaa IRL.

    I will be adding pics within the next couple days.

    Ive always liked atg, but I also like to switch it up every once in awhile.

    my lower back gets such a huge pump. i dont like it.
    and i don't know what it does.
    i have issues.

    Fail-slipped out and flew over about 7 stairs a few days previous, landing right on my ass/lower back, where i know have a huge bruise. The pressure the leg press put on my lower back was to painful to even unhinge it.

    I was bringing eggs in from the other house after the gym, coming down some steps i slipped on ice. luckily i landed on my backpack and didn't hurt myself
