Long time lurker, never really posted. Anyways brief history. Started lifting in September 2007. It was my first year of college and all my friends left away for school, and I stayed home for community college, so I had nothing else to do. Started at 155, 5'8", I am currently at 185. I am bulking, not exactly clean, but not dirty. I briefly cut last March and plan to do the same this year. I hope to hit 195 by march. I work out at one of Michigan States gyms, usually busy as hell. I am running a 4 day split currently. Chest + tri's on monday. Legs on tuesday. Shoulders on wednesday. rest thursday.
