A lot of the people on bodyrecomposition's forums have crappy bodies

    :-|. They are getting great advice from one of the smartest people in the industry, but a lot of them look "shitty". Whats the deal? Are most forums like that?

    A lot of people act like they know it all but then you see their pics and you are just like :sad2:

    Isn't that pretty much every physique oriented forum?

    Like Berardi says... "people try to replace hard lifting with the acquisition of knowledge." In other words, its easier to read & learn about it and then regurgitate it on a forum, than it is to actually implement it.

    yeah ive been over there for a month or so. after looking around i decided to just keep a log. then a couple weeks later i realized that i already had one here and keeping 2 logs was a PITA

    yep. And alot more people quit than keep at it like just about everything else.
    If you go to a car forum are all the cars running 10s? no. You might have a few here and there that do, some running 13s, but most people just have an exhaust or headers or a stock car. Maybe its a bad analogy since humans dont have warranties but still it only makes sense.

    Not as many knowledgable people make the most posts with pictures either. That and most people reading this shit are the ones seeking advice, so they're probably not gonna be the most well off.
