I'm starting to get back into the whole fitness routine. I put off doing anything more than general running/cardio for awhile, because with school and work, I just didn't have the time or energy. I'm moving into an apartment with a 24 hour fitness center and I want to get back into a good routine with eating healthy, lifting weights, and doing cardio. I'm not sure how to go about it though, which is where I need the help. I don't need to lose weight, and I don't want to really gain, either. I just want to tone up my muscles for the most part, and slim down in general. I'm currently 5'3 115lbs (yes, I'm female). Could someone help me come up with something, or point me in the right direction? I would appreciate any help I could get.
