So im onto the 6th week of doing this program (built like a badass), just got done with deloading. This is an amazing program, I love every aspect of it. It is truly what I have been searching for in terms of a structured weight training program. Size is up BF is down, Str is up endurance is up. all good, no bad. I am very impressed.

Are you built like a badass though? If not, I'm not interested.

I am about to do my squat work-out for the 4th week. I've been doing some form of cardio in between and i feel like my BF is dropping nicely. I def. like the program.

it would be extremely rude and improper to link us to the program.

I think this might be a viable alternative to the 5x5 workout.....

Some people have been doing Wendlers 5-3-1 progression for the heavy lifts, seems to be working really well for them.

I was bored with my last routine so Im giving this a try. My back was sore as shit from the first day, then I deadlifted yesterday...now I can't even touch my traps without it hurting. I love it.

Just started the second week, the bb complex at the end of the lift sucks. Im worn out by then, then I do that and end up soaking wet.
