Here a quick and easy recipe with loads of protein

Tuna and crab stuffed egg whites

    -hard boil eggs

-cut in half and remove egg yolks

-mix together tuna and crab meat with a touch of mayo to settle it together

-add preferred seasoning (I did fresh garlic, onions and fresh pepper)

-scoop tuna crab mixture in the middle of hollowed out boiled eggs

    ...bon apetit!

Per 2 eggs (give or take)
    Total Calories 130
    Carbs 1.6
    Protein 51.3

Yup, take less than 10 minutes to make a bunch of them up. I have a "chirpy chicken". It's this contraption that you can put 9 eggs in, add a bit of water and it boils your eggs within minutes to the consistancy you preffer. So it take hardly any effort.

those calories or protein definitely aren't right... 50 grams of protein = 200 calories
