I'm sure plenty of you have already thought of this, but I've been trying to get more protein into my food without eating meat or having shakes every meal, so I added some chocolate protein powder to my peanut butter sandwiches. It's hard at first to get it to mix, but this all-natural peanut butter I've been eating is kind of thin anyway. It takes an extra minute to mix it up but I get an extra 20g of protein in my sandwiches and it tastes really good.
Another idea that I'm sure has been thrown around is putting protein powder into oatmeal. I add a scoop of blueberry protein powder to my oats and it's even better than stuff you might buy pre-flavored.

Does anyone else have any ideas for adding a little protein to meals? I think I might try putting the blueberry powder into ice cream whenever I need to cheat.

Sorry if it's a repost, I searched quickly and didn't find anything.

dont toss your cum away after masterbation, it's almost pure protien. Instead, I suggest nutting onto your dinner or into your daily protien shake so that it isnt just going to waist.

Lot of quality responses thus far :ugh:

I'm not sure how good it would taste to add protein powder to ice cream, but it's worth a shot I guess. When I make pancakes, I mix in a scoop of protein. The recipe I use is:

    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop protein
    little bit of vanilla extract
    cinnamon
    4 tablespoons egg whites (61g)

I also make protein muffins that have a scoop of protein in each muffin.

I like to make 7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, and 1/2 cup of oats then mix them together with splenda. Just cook them all separately and throw them in a big bowl together and stir.

i make my own "high protein" peanut butter. get some natty and add in 7-8 scoops to the whole jar. it lowers the calorie content per serving and also boosts the protein content as well. i typically mix in 7-8 scoops of vanilla and a bunch of cinamon.

You could also let the oil separate and substract the amount of oil from the total calories in the jar so that you know how much a serving has after.

Ive mixed whey into PB and oats. Not bad, but requires an assload of stiring to incorporate.

Every once and awhile I'll have one of those 80 calorie, fat free Jello Puddings... and throw a scoop of whey into it and mix. Makes for a good dessert, with like 25-26g of protein.

    beans (black, great northern, etc)
    nuts
    eggs
    cottage cheese

Basically just search for vegeterian protein sources in google and you will find a lot of good suggestions.

Yeah, I would say protein in oats is one of the best combo's.

2 packets low sugar instant oatmeal, 1/2 scoop ON chocolate or vanilla whey, a little splenda = awesome.

Not really "loaded" with protein, but nonetheless an extra solid 20g's to combo with some scrambled eggs or something.

6-8 cups of milk a day with your food... i prefer nonfat cause it's feels like water, so i can drink a lot of it :dunno:
