I'm sure plenty of you have already thought of this, but I've been trying to get more protein into my food without eating meat or having shakes every meal, so I added some chocolate protein powder to my peanut butter sandwiches. It's hard at first to get it to mix, but this all-natural peanut butter I've been eating is kind of thin anyway. It takes an extra minute to mix it up but I get an extra 20g of protein in my sandwiches and it tastes really good. Another idea that I'm sure has been thrown around is putting protein powder into oatmeal. I add a scoop of blueberry protein powder to my oats and it's even better than stuff you might buy pre-flavored. Does anyone else have any ideas for adding a little protein to meals? I think I might try putting the blueberry powder into ice cream whenever I need to cheat. Sorry if it's a repost, I searched quickly and didn't find anything.
