    Couple years back i had the worst computer chair which put big stretch marks
    across my back. thank the lord that its starting to clear up.

    i see a little progress and improvement in posing :mamoru:

    ibmoredeadlifts because of my lower back or lack of.

    lol. i push my elbows away from me which gives the biceps a higher peak.

    nice progress... start doing some more yoke work and more heavy hypers and deads, your back will come along nicely.
