select them all (command + A) and then right click and open with preview. You can then rotate them and then go to the next just like in windows.

  5. ok i hit command a and selected them and then clicked and what do i click after that?

    1) Have iPhoto and the folder with all your pictures in Finder open side-by-side on the desktop.
    2) Drag and drop the folder into iPhoto
    3) ???
    4) Profit
