Meh, good and mostly bad. Squats went 606 - good, 643 - good, 672 - took it too deep and came forward, strength was there though
then things went to shit
opened raw at 303 just to stay in the meet, then missed both my shirted attempts, which ruined any chance at breaking 1600. Should've just gone 3 raw attempts at 303/320ish/340 and done that.
then tore something in my abs on my 573 dead opener
then tried it again, and tore it worse
so a big fuckin bomb, now i feel like there's a knife in my lower right abs, but i'm full of vicodin and about to smoke a bowl then go out drinking tonight. 143lb meet pr squat...everything else fail. Sucks to have all that time and effort end up like this, but it's just lifting lol. Done with shirted benching, it's just not gonna happen. Will do raw stuff in the future.
