    To whom it may concern,
I purchased your item #ER-WELL-R17-CQB air sort gun for my son for Christmas. He was as static, but we were very disappointed that the gun is not that well made the battery pack would not stay closed
And the batteries kept falling out. He still played with it and I could not believe it he is a 13 year old boy I thought guns were a thing of the past. Any way he was running and fell and the gun snapped in half.
I would like to know if we may return this gun to the manufacturer for a new one. I would appreciate an even exchange if this is possible.

My web order number is SO-111111

    Thank you and regards
    Julie

    edit:
    And another!

Maybe he was literally "as static".

He was electrified and shocked that his mother wasn't a tool and bought him an evil gun. :dunno:

    Dear Julie,

I am very glad to hear that your son enjoyed playing with the fine Airsoft pistol we sent you, although I'm not clear on how he came to be electrically charged. Hopefully it didn't have anything to do with the loose battery you describe.

Joyfully, guns are most certainly not a thing of the past, and your purchase along with teaching him the four rules of firearms handling, will prepare him for a lifetime of safe firearms enjoyment. I congratulate you on ensuring he gets started safely.

Finally, with regards to your request for exchange, [insert solution here.]

    Warm regards,

    :sigh:

  12. You should tell her that since the kid broke the gun, it would be an uneven exchange to give her a new one. Fortunately, she asked for an even exchange, and you'd be happy to send her another broken one.

I just told her that our warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Dropping the gun is not covered by the warranty.

Probably some 18 year old girl that got knocked up when she was 15. Then proceeded to drop out of high school, because doing both was "way too hard."

The ones that have metal receivers are usually pretty solid.
