So I'm doing well I think... I'm lifting more, lifting longer, and feeling better overall. I've shrunk down my belly a little and can't wait to do more.

    http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=3981672&page=3

There's my log. Is what I'm doing for abs okay? Anything else you guys might recommend for the love handles and the lower back fat other than the side raise thingies or the reverse crunch thingies? I kinda was looking online and found this:

    http://ezinearticles.com/?A-Jump-Rope-Workout-to-Lose-That-Last-Bit-of-Stubborn-Body-Fat&id=352016

I saw a couple brolly guys at the gym using a jump rope and it looked pretty intense.

Also, if you guys have any other inputs or anything you might like to say about my workout please let me know! :):wavey:

sorry dude most people won't just go read your whole log to answer a question so vague

eat better + lift harder = profit

You can do crunches and planks until a purple spaghetti monster flies out of jmezz's asshole and EATS the fat off of you and it isn't going to make you lose fat as much fat as proper diet and training will.

Caloric deficit + resistance training and cardio = less bodyfat

I've been doing that. atleast i think. like today for example I had a bowl of oatmeal and two eggs for breakfast. for a snack I had a banana and fourth cup of unsalted peanuts, for lunch I had a sammich with two slices turkey, bread, and white cheese, for second snack I had protein shake and an apple, for dinner I had chicken and a lil bit of rice. and im about to go lift and then when I get home i'm gonna have another shake with a lil bit of oatmeal. is that an okay deal for me? I've looked at the meal plans that they have outlined here and I'm trying to do as close to it as possible. im 20, 222lbs, 5'11 btw.

    1) Go for a run first thing b4 u wake up.
    2) 3L of water a day
    3) Burn more cals than you put into yourself.

And remember: You cant out-train a crappy diet.

Worked for me. Now i get hoes.

just do it until you are satisfied with yourself bro..

i started out by focussing on getting into the routine of waking up at 5am and running/skipping for 15 mins.. and then built it up gradually.
Now i focus more on the distance rather than time.

you gotta want it bad.. like..so bad..where u go to sleep and cant wait to either go for that heart merking run, or get into the gym to rip apart your muscle fibres...ARRRRRGH makes me wanna fuck myself UP rite nowwww

bro that's how i feel. like before I go to the gym i even have a few songs i listen to in my Corolla type S with the beefy sound system I have in there, and it gets me so pumped up that when i get out of the car I actually jump and kinda look like a caveman raping the air... i always am pumped to lift & run. i just kinda need a little direction for diet. and also, is it okay to run in the morning, and then again after I lift?
