I'm gonna start West-Side for Skinny Bastards this week but I have a few questions for the experts here or anybody who's done the program.

    1) the program's upper body stuff is almost entirely focused on horizontal pressing. If I do this for a couple months should I just make sure to do a lot of shoulder dislocations and other mobility exercises to prevent hindered shoulder mobility? Or should I add in overhead presses?

    2) Since there's like 5-8 different exercises listed for each section of a workout, there's literally hundreds of combinations I could do. Should I just pick the exercises that I like best and do them for 6-8 weeks before changing to different exercises, or should I be switching it up every week? The program doesn't seem to specify.

    3) Since there is almost no overhead pressing, should I favor incline over flat bench in order to build anterior delts, or should I not worry about that?

    Thanks for any help fellas.

you can do OHP instead of bench as your ME upper exercise

:coold: I thought about that, cause there's still plenty of horizontal pressing outside of the ME exercise, so my bench would undoubtedly get stronger anyway. Thanks.

anybody tried the program and have experiences with how often to switch up the exercises?

    1. dropping OHP's will certainly not hurt shoulder mobility.
    2. do whatever you want. personally, i would stick with an exercise for 2-3 weeks then switch.
    3. if you want to. flat bench hits your anterior delts, too.

sweet. My bench needs a lot of work so I'll focus on that for now.
