right now I'm about 5'11'' and 145 pounds. i'm tryin to gain weight by lifting weights a lot. i have a workout routine i got from a friend whos a weight trainer, but i have a question. i normally eat a shitload but i don't gain any weight from that food, no matter how much i eat, i dont gain weight. so if i lift weights a lot for awhile, will i gain weight in muscle and will i be able to see a physical improvement of myself? Any other suggestions on how to get stronger and bigger faster?
