a few questions about my workout

    right now I'm about 5'11'' and 145 pounds. i'm tryin to gain weight by lifting weights a lot. i have a workout routine i got from a friend whos a weight trainer, but i have a question. i normally eat a shitload but i don't gain any weight from that food, no matter how much i eat, i dont gain weight. so if i lift weights a lot for awhile, will i gain weight in muscle and will i be able to see a physical improvement of myself?

    I was going to mix protein with milk but I came across this article on the internet:

    And I'm going to eat a lot everyday now, stuff like eggs and shit, is that good?

    Any other suggestions on how to get stronger and bigger faster?

    The trainer told me to use this workout for awhile just until I get used to workouting out and shit, what do u think? Can you guys add anything to it?

    Bench Press:
    A weight i can do 25 reps
    15 reps
    5 reps
    5 reps
    15 reps
    25 reps
    I am doing a different weight on each set, so like on the 5 rep one, I can only get 5 and can't get any more. Same with the 15 and 25. I'll do that list 5 times

    Pulldowns:
    12 reps, 5 sets

    Bicep Curls
    5 bottom curls
    5 top curls
    5 full curls
    Ill do 5 sets of that.

    I know it doesn't seem like much and I probably can do more. But that is what the trainer gave me to start on and I won't be seeing him for awhile because he is on vacation. Can someone think of something to add to that or fix it? I want results fast for baseball season and since i'm spendin most of my summer at the beach. I'm not expecting huge results that fast. But I do want some noticable results. Thanks

    That workout is just for the upper body and he said I should do that until he comes to my house to see give me a different workout that is meant for my body. But he won't be coming over for a long time, so can someone help me out?

    and where did you find this trainer?

    I do a routine of working my chest and abs on mondays

    Tuesday rest, Wednesday Back and shoulders
    thursday legs/fitness
    friday arms.

    I do what I showed above, I do the same workout every other day. Here is my gym. I know its a fuckin dinosaur but I got it for free and I can't afford anything now.

    Can someone help make me a workout based on what I have on that gym? I also have 15lb and 25lb dumbells and I have a curl bar which can hold a shitload of weight. So I usually use the curlbar instead of the dumbells since its a lot heavier.

    Please don't critize my workout or my gym, I know they are both shit. So please just post suggestions, thanks

    set your calories at arond bodyweight x 18, if you gain weight great, if not, add more calories. Ideally you should try to get as many calories cleanly as possible, but it isn't a terrible thing if you eat a bit dirty to top of the caloires.

    lol i know its horrible but its the only thing i got, does anyone know of any complete gym stations? i heard bowflex has a lot of problems
