maybe make the crop a little tighter on the shot of the steering column, for some reason the dash is really distracting.

it pulls my eye to the right of the photo, i think it is a combination of natural ocular motion and the way the bokeh came out on the radio and climate controls.

I'll mess with it - I don't think cropping the right side would look too good (hub will be centered). I'll try fake vignetting and the dodge/burn tool.

damn kind of wish i would have gone to that event. But i was so dissapointed with Formula D this year and the drive sucks from atlanta. Oh well, the drift brigade guys told me it would rock. I guess i should have listened.

The drifting wasn't anything special, which is why I barely took any shots. The racing was good, especially during the Stinger race, which had the Spec Miatas and Hondas. Too bad the race got black flagged, ending the race early. It was great watching two S2000s trying to chase down an Civic EK hatch... they just couldn't catch him.

The Redline Time Attack will be at Summit Sept 29 & 30 then at VIR Oct 6 & 7. If you're going to make the drive up, I'd suggest those two events. VIR would be a shorter drive by ~ 4-5 hours, approximately.
