I have been working out for about 2 years now which I know isn't a long time by any stretch and I have been happy with my gains. I was 6'2 180 and couldn't bench 135 now I am 210 and can do 225. For now I have only been taking protein and that is just whenever I happen to remember. I want to know what kinds of supplements could I take to help me improve my lifting (besides steroids)? Also, I admit I have a gut and have started running/along with eating healthier but is there anything else I can do to speed along the process? Last but not least, I feel like I have hit a plateau with my arms and want to know any exercises or ways to bulk up my arms? I usually do hammers, bar curls, preacher, pulley curls for biceps and close grip bench, pull downs, etc for triceps. Any ideas?
