    Ok, I did this once before and I didn't keep up with it. (you Broly people are scary). This time I'm not as intimidated and I'm going to be lifting weights like the rest of you freaks, so i feel kind of like part of the club.

    Started on the Metabolism Advantage plan by Dr. John Berardi today.

    Day one
    Weight: 195lbs
    Body Fat%: 37.5% According to the scale with BF thingy we have here at home.... jesus i'm a cow.
    Height: 5'6"
    Chest: 40"
    Waist: 35"
    Hips: 46"
    Thighs: 26"
    Arms: 14"
    Neck: 13.5"
    Underbust (ribs): 33"

    yeah I'm huge.

    I'm only measuring once a week on mondays, I'm down 1inch in the waist and bust from last week (did a crazy israeli 10 day cleanse diet before starting this plan) so I'm down from 201lbs.

    Foods

    breakfast: greek omelet (2 egg whits and 1 whole egg, Spinach, feta cheese and black olives), 1 cup green tea, Vitamins + fish oil
    post workout drink: 1 scoop vanilla whey in 6oz 1% fat milk thinned with water making it a full 8oz
    Lunch: Meatloaf (the one specified in the book) with spinach sauted with garlic, onion and tomato.
    Snack: 8oz of a "metabolism advantage shake" consisting of 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1 serving Greens+ supplement, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 3tbs yogurt of the non-fat variety, 1 cup green tea, 3tbs oat bran.
    Dinner: 1 roasted chicken breast, boneless, skinless + a spinach salad with beans, avocado, tomatoes and carrots with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing (homemade)

    Workout:
    1 hour Spinning class. First time back on a cycle in god knows how long. felt good, hard but worth it.

    tomorrow has me doing an upperbody workout (lifting).


    Hopefully i can get to my goal of 135lbs, 18%bf someday, but this time not skinny-fat with no muscles.. :hs:

    well i looked pretty damned fine at 150, i just wasn't tight like i want to be. then i fell off the wago and gained most of my weight back.

    I don't think this man knows what a serving size is, but other than that it's pretty good.

    It was suggested by Moni Aizik, a krav maga instructor to Tigretek. He told us to do this CRAZY ass diet and then start Metabilosm advantage on day 11.

    Day 1: Only veggies, no added fats or anything, steamed or baked or raw but ONLY vegetables.
    Day 2: only fruit. No added anything. just fruit.
    Day 3: Fruits and veggies.
    Day 4: 4 low fat yogurts 4 bananas. that's all.
    Day5: meats. any and all lean meats, trimmed of all fats, not fried.
    Day 6: repeat teh process.

    I lost my patience at day 6 and decided to start early on metabolism advantage on a monday instead of day 11. I lost 6 lbs doing that.

    At least I stopped before i got back to 215.

    Fell off the wagon last summer whne we bought the houe, and then just kept sliding back. Got super fucking depressed over the winter, probably one of the worst I've ever had and i ate like absolute shit.

    Oh well, no use crying about it now, i'm doing what i have to do now and that's what matters.

    Day 2

    Breakfast: Denver omelet (3 egg whites, half a whole egg....I shared the omelet with the bf and the WHOLE thing is 6 whites and 1 whole egg... 1/4 of an avocado, 1/4 of an onion, 1/8 cup of green bell peppers) + 1 small orange + 1 cup of chai ( a splash o milk and 2 splenda added).
    Vitamins (E, C, My Multi, Fish oil caps, Garlic, Biotin, Green tea extract)

    Snack: 8 oz of my green shake of doom (with whey, Green tea, creatine, L-carnitine, Greens+ supp., Peaches, Oats and yogurt)

    Lunch: Left over Meta meat loaf + mixed beans salad (black, kidney and garbanzo beans, green beans, tomato, onion, Fresh parsley, fresh oregano, Salt , pepper 1/2 tbs olive oil) + green tea extract and fish oil.

    Snack: the last 8oz of the green shake of doom

    Dinner: Left over Chicken breat + spinach salad

    I'll add the rest of the food as i get to it. Didn't get to work out today, my Bowflex was supposed to be set up today by the bf so I could learn how to use it, that didn't happen. I may go for a jog tonight if i have the time/gumption.

    Edit: Didn't run, came home and prepped food for tomorrow. roasted salmon, toasted quinoa salad for the next few days and made Tigre some pork loin (very tasty).

    yeah, but emotionally it's harder now. before it was all new and a surprize, i was used to being fat, i was content and complacent. NOW, having seen how far i'd gone and then to gain all this shit back, it makes it that much harder and gives me an expectation of better. I had never really felt too terrible about being big before, it was just the way i was. No i want to be fucking tight and awesome and I want results....

    Day 3

    Well, went to bed super late, didn't wake till 40 minutes before i had to leave and be at work. :wtc:

    Breakfast: 2 egg whites 1 whole egg w/Cheddar cheese, 1 banana
    Vitamins (E, C, My Multi, Fish oil caps, Garlic, Biotin, Green tea extract)
    Shake: great grains shake (flax, oats, pears, Whey, L-carnatine, yogurt)
    Lunch: 5 oz roasted salmon (i'm so glad i kick ass in the kitchen) + toasted Quinoa salad + fish oil and green tea
    Skipped Shake #2... I think something in there is making me itchy/allergy.....
    Dinner: half a chicken breast with mixed beans in a bit of peanut sauce.

    That diet looks scary LOL, I dont think I could even come close to that.
    Be sure to take before pictures, even if you arent comfortable now, once you are "Stripper Hot", you will regret it if you dont.

    The food doesn't bug me at all. I love cooking and it's tasting great so no issues. It's actually a lot like what we ate when we did the "south beach diet". Thankfully i find it stress relieveing to be inteh kitchen cooking, and now that i'm forcing myself to make time to cook, i'm liking my life more again.

    Yeah, I keep wanting to take pics in my inspiration bikini (tigre says i look like the before pic on a hydroxy cut commercial) I have a bunch of fully clothed fat ass pics but i need ot take a good set front, back, sides to keep a record of progress

    Oh an dI know I wasn't supposed to weigh myself today but I was curious. 193.5 this afternoon. :dunno: I know it'll be 2lb more at bed time today but whatever, it makes me happy.

    yeah, it's food, water, poo. it doesn't bother me at all, espceially since i know i'll be light in the morning

    No work out got out late.

    Foods:
    Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, 1 small orange, vitamins
    Snack: a green apple
    Shake: Tigre made me my shake today: it has the greens+, Green tea, Whey, Creatine, L carnatine, A banana and i think flaxseed.. I just had 8oz.
    Lunch: Salmon + quinoa salad. So tasty.
