a different kind of meet report

    I raced a sprint distance duathlon (run/bike/run) over the weekend.

    The first 5K was a mix of trails and paved. Finished in 20:54 (6:45 / mile pace).

    The 11.6 mile bike ride took me 34:00 (20.5 MPH pace).

    The 2nd 5K, the 1st 5K course in reverse took me 21:21 (6:53 / mile pace).

    That's the first time I've raced a duathlon in a little over a year. My times were a little slow, but by the end of the season, they should drop back down to where I want them to be. :hsd:

    good job... how much do u weigh? bench? squat?

    Weight = 177 lbs. @ 6'-0"

    Bench ~240 lbs.

    Squat - I did my first ever max squat the day after the race. I did 305 lbs. for 1 rep. Probably could have done 320 lbs. if I pushed it.
