    Cliff's notes: Supra > * :fawk:

And the past 10 years have shown the 2JZ-GTE to be the one of the best, most powerful, most robust tuner motors of all time.

Typical Motor Trend.. they exclude the key competitor and declare the Supra a winner

We all know if they tested the 300ZX Twin Turbo it would've won.

:werd: I've always loved the ZR-1...there's a guy at work who drives a black one everyday. The C4 will be one of the best-looking sportscars ever, IMO. And the LT5 was simply Godly back then.

    :nono:

They only brought the HIGHEST-PERFORMING cars to the table... the 300ZX would've trailed ALL of those in every performance test.

The ZX would've tied the RX in the 1/4.
Smoked the Supra, Esprit and RX for top speed.
And, spanked the Viper for fun factor.. :)squint: don't deny it)

p.s. don't listen to me, I must defend the Fairlady Z's honor at all times.. :o

Today, its relatively well-known that the 2JZ-GTE was underrated from the factory...its true output was more like the 360hp-range.
