a couple creatine questions

    1) I've been taking creatine everyday since the beginning of september. I never did the loading period, I just take 5g a day with my whey shake. I heard you are suppose to cycle with it. One of the ways I read on bodybuilding was to take 5g everyday and every 6 weeks do a loading period. Is this a good idea?

    2) The creatine I use is prolab creatine monohydrate. I'm looking online and see that they sell creatine pills, like this for example: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dym/creatinecaps.html
    Is that just as effective as the powder creatine?

    Cycling's not necessary, loading's not necessary, and creatine monohydrate powder is the best way to go.

    What he said. Pills are gimmicky. Use the powder.

    Is the powder best just because it's cheapest? I already have a bunch of creakic and some other crap. Is it ok to combine the pills and powder, i.e. pill in the morning at work, powder after workout?
