185x4 last night. thats fucking big for me.
had to tell the 1% that would care!
I think everyone here was happy at one point to squat their own body weight. Keep it up.

what does it mean to do something raw. I keep seeing this but
actually...raw means just in a belt...not using wraps/suits/briefs...

cool man. just recently I got up to 185. I'm doing that 4x10 and weigh around 155.
