    looks cool, i usually hate sites like this cause i prefer when people just pick one designer, but this is a good implementation.

    a png can be exported from a vector shape/image, but it's not a vector format. however, it is lossless, so if it has been created from a vector shape and it contains no gradients, you could probably resize the png up or down with 0 loss.

    if the png contains gradients you can only resize down with 0 loss.

    .ai, .eps, and .svg are all vector formats.

    Trick question, as .png can be a vector, bitmap or a combination of both.
    Editable .png or flattened .png.
