The '90s was a dark era for comics and discussing feral Wolverine made me realize just how shitty it really was  Clone Saga, Heroes Reborn, etc. All crap. What are some ideas/storylines that should have never been thought up.

    I'll start it off:

I'd say Knightfall and Knightsend were good, but the Prodigal storyline with Grayson as Batman was meh.

I liked Prodigal because it put to rest all the "Dick Grayon will become Batman" garbage that was floating around and let him become his own man. :o

Then again I'll sit here and justify anything to do with Batman/Green Lantern/Daredevil all day and all night. :o

I think No Man's Land (?), when Bruce comes back and starts taking back the territory, was one of the coolest arcs. I think I might of posted it in the "Memorable moments" thread, but when they all (Bats/Catwoman/Nightwing/Robin) come together at the end was like a total :bigthumb: moment to me.

I thought that the Clone Saga COULD have been good had they played it out a bit more, gone in Ben Reilly's backstory more, not made Ben's origins(coming from the Jackal) so farfetched, actually played with the possibility that Peter might be a clone.

Someone verify this for me, but I believe the original writer who started the Clone Saga only wanted it to be a contained story arc, maybe like 6 issues. But then the editors wanted to play with the idea of having a clone, and we all know how that turned out...

Would the upcoming "Onslaught Reborn" comic that Liefeld and the writer he's dragging down with him, Loeb, classify as a 90's plot? They thought of it in the 90's, but Marvel mysteriously stopped them from making it...

Clone Saga was supposed to be an arc where Ben Reilly was introduced and killed off. But he was well recieved so they let him live and writers started quitting/getting fired so the story just draaaaaaaaaged on for years.
