Started my "cut" at 378lbs in October 2005. Got down to about 300lbs in june/july of 2006. Started eating again as life got busy planning the wedding and hours at worked picked up to about 60/week and couldn't find time to hit the gym. Started Jan 07 off at 338lbs. And in the left corner in the pink trunks :greddy: we have Ibanez Guy standing at 6 foot 4 inches with a weight of 288 pounds. :hsd:

Edit: being heavy my whole life since 12 (26 now), I'm not sure how low to go. I imagine 245 would look decent, but doesn't sound nearly as nice as 225.

Do what most people do, go off of the mirror rather the scale. Not to mention who really wants to look decent when they can look good. :p

Nice job on that loss as well. Like I posted before, that is almost a whole person you've lost.

How have you been doing it??

I know diet and exercise, but I am hoping you give us a bit more insight into both of those.

I've been following weight watchers. It forces me to eat healthier foods to conserve points. Also teaches you great portion control. As for excercise, I've never had a real routine. I ride a bike sometimes, was into lifting weights for a while but backed off for a while. I do stairs, elliptical, and some other stuff. None of it is consistent. I got 10 weeks left in my current townhouse with a free gym, so I'm going to make the best of that.

first off, congrats on losing that weight! (im currently undergoing what I call my transformation - massive weight loss)

secondly, what size pants/shirts were u before and where are you know?

I only ask because when i started I was a size 40 pants, xxl shirts....BUT i never weighed myself cuz i was too ashamed of it...and I'm only 5'4" MAYBE 5'5" (anyone know what that translates to? 5'5" w/ size 40 waist and xxl shirts?)

but yea....keep up the good work man!
