    you dont want to see them :( i'll admit, its my weakpoint. during lacrosse season i stopped doing legs, and it took me a while to get it back into my routine

    thanks.... that's kind of what i wanted. i'm not really bulking or cutting, i eat a lot and dont really gain much weight, but i'm seeing gains so it's working for me

    i think a 185x5 is a max of like 220 or something like that.. there's a max set chart in my gym, i'll check next time i go

    Those are just rough estimations, they aren't acurate for a lot of people

    hard to compare when you're doing different poses and in the after pic you're clearly flexing harder. That said, you look a little firmer, but not really much bigger. I also think you should have much greater delt growth at this point in your training, but it seems you work your biceps plenty. Concentrate more on your back and your delts, that'll give you a wider and thicker look, instead of just having big biceps.
