Got to run the new 3x9 mildot accupoint. Was pretty windy that day and the mildots really helped me make my wind calls. Targets were from 215 out to 350. Full value wind when I shot the first stage. (wind flag fully extended). My last long range target on the first video the flag completly obscured the 350 yard flasher. I had to shoot through the flag to get at the flasher. (flags all over the range, this one was a good 20 feet up in the air, 100 yards from the flasher.) At 9x magnification I could see my bullets pulling the flag as they went through, and eventually I walked something in on the target.

My short range red dot scope had the battery die. Of course I had left my spare batteries in my other range bag. So I got to shoot the short range targets at 9x. Somehow I still took 2nd in open class and 3rd overall.

I got a new headcam coming today. Should improve the quality of the videos. Was not inexpensive.

Why don't they do a night match with night vision? That would be sawheat.

we do night matches. Good practice for your flashlight technique. As far as night vision the gear is expensive, and you have to set up your guns with flash suppressors or your going to give yourself a headache. We tried filming at night but it's not easy. The night vision camcorders take shitty videos too.

You could do thermal and just get some cheap meat for targets. Bake em in the oven for a little bit, tenderize them with bullets, then eat them afterward.

I got my pov. This thing is much nicer than my archos. Really well built and it's nice having real buttons instead of a touch screen. Cables thread on, lockout switches so it doesn't turn off.

It'll be nice to shoot a match and not lose video because a cable pulled out or it decided to turn itself off.

Been shooting competitively 4 or 5 years. Before that I played on a pro paintball team. Always liked the guns. Pretty much I've been pulling triggers my whole life
