From a textbook perspective, he is totally the opposite of "good form." His head is down and his back is rounded. But when you are a 945+lb puller and have one of the heaviest deadlifts ever done in competition at the lightest weight (next to Ed Coans 900 @ 220) you are legally allowed to wipe your ass with the pages from said textbook.
