My dad gave me an 870 last year and it is not in the best of shape. I would like to send it out to be redone. I once saw this site that would do tactical upgrades. Had at least 3 different levels of what they would do to the gun. Of course I can not remember what the site was called.

Any recommendations of where I could send the gun out to?

theres a guy that posts on shotgunworld.com who used to work for scattergun technologies before wilson bought them out (or whatever happened, I forget exactly) that does basically the same stuff wilson does but for cheaper. Check out the tacticool forum.

Would it be worth paying the $325-445 for the armor-tuff and track-lockII sights or should I just keep the 870 I have and go buy an 870 express 18" 7 shot for $250ish and modify it? Is what Wilson does to there guns much better then a stock 870?
