Looked at these two today and i liked the feel of the 870 alot better, but the benelli comes with more options. The 870 Express super magnum 26'' was 350 and the benelli supernova 24'' was 450. What gun does OT reccomend?

excellent reccomendation, its practically the same thing as what he's looking for :ugh: Consider .410 derringer while you're at it.

I would but 410 is for pussies. 12 guage derringer would be much better

Do you really need a 3 1/2" gun? Unless you do alot of turkey or waterfowl hunting, I don't see the point in paying extra for something you don't use.

And I personally would take the 870, as I dislike the feel of the Nova.

for waterfowel....I think some 8 gauge buckshot or slug would be sweet.

But today 10 gauges are as powerful as 8 gauges were, 12 as powerful as 10was, 20s - 12, and so on:dunno:

Someone I know won a 10ga NEF single shot in a raffle, I forget who it was though. No fucking way would I shoot it, I don't particularly enjoy 3.5in 12s, let alone 10s :noes:

thanks for the input. yea the supernova just feels cheap as its full synthetic. Im going with the 870 26'' barrel and synthetic stock.

that video has to have one xtreme-ly modded shotgun in it, there have to be shooting special loads, and a factory gun would never cycle those loads

I'm sure those are nothing more than factory loads, which any skeet/trap gun will cycle.
