I was forced to spend 2 months away from the gym. On monday, i went back and did my usual leg routine. nothing crazy. the next day it hurt walking. the day after that i really couldnt walk at all. today things are just starting to get better but i still need a walker with some tennis balls on it. I kid you not, standing calf raises destroyed my calves and now they are so tight and painful... What should i be doing to avoid do this to every body part as i return to the gym? should i do a few "circuit" days? Just lower the weight and intensity? this sucks.
