    monday squats

    132.5kg 3sets 6reps

    Deadlifts off 15cm block
    140kg 10 sets 1 rep (30 sec rest)

    ghr
    3x10 unweighted

    pull throughs
    32.5kg 3sets 8reps

    seated rows
    82.5kg 3sets 8reps

    140kg x3x6

    deads from block
    140x10x1 30 sec rest

    calf raises seated 3x 12 paused at bottom

    ghr 3 x 6 with 15kg dumbell at neck

    bent rows and pullups

    deadlifts
    week prior 162.5kg x3x6

    this week deads conv 170kg x3x5, still got to work on getting my ass down.

    squats, 82.5kg x 10 x 2

    seated rows 90kg x 3 x 6

    power shrugs 180kg x3x6

    reverse hypers 25kg x 3 x 8 (nothing feels better than light reverse hypers at end of dead day)
