Everyday is almost the exact same.

    5:20am: Wake Up, 20mg Yohimbine
6:00am: Gym (5 minutes warm up, hour of weights varying by day, 15 minutes of HIIT)
8:30am: get home, drink one Muscle Milk Light, maybe eat eggs (3-4) but not every day
10:30am: 5 sticks of celery with peanut butter
12:00pm: one chicken breast, green beans
3:00pm: Cottage Cheese, handful of trail mix
5:30pm: More chicken, pork chops, or steak. Green beans or edimame on the side
7:30pm: Back to gym with friends this time, one hour of cardio and whatever they are doing for weights.. usually I supplement what I do in the mornings with some light followup but nothing intense.

I drink 1.5 gallons of water per day, I allow myself one zero calorie drink of my choice.

Every month I do 1 week of EC, just 20mg of E a day with a 200mg C... just enough to get things rolling.

EDIT: and I go to the gym Mon - Sat in the mornings without fail no matter what, the night stuff may fail if the friends flake out. I ride my mountain bike on sundays.

EDIT 2: I also eat about 3 hard boiled eggs a day (no yolk), I just toss them in with whatever I happen to be eating that day. I hard boil 12 a week and they are usually gone by saturday.

6'1", 260lbs then, 6'1", 192 as of this morning. My target is 180lbs, then back up to 200 lean. I want to stay below 12%bf, most realistically I will be between 10 and 12.

Yea, a razor for sure :) My goal is to be in significant caloric deficit right now. I forgot to add to my list of eats that I do usually have hard boiled eggs (whites only) every day, probably 3 total. I just throw them in with whatever I'm eating.

Awesome work man. Looks like you read the stickies, made a plan, and executed flawlessly. This should be stickied for a while IMO.

HOW TO DO THIS SHIT CORRECTLY.

Atkins/south beach has always been very friendly to me. I survive on almost no carbs without any real energy or mood problems. The hardest part for me was cutting the soda... I love soda.

Yea, I poured over the stickies, asked questions when I couldn't find the answer readily available, and was on the extreme safe side of supplements. Couldn't have done it without you guys... I'd still be eating 50 carrots a day not knowing the amount of carbs I was taking in

I have genetically high cholesterol. Both sides of my family have deadly amounts of triglycerides and LDL. Everything I can do to cut it I will. That's actually a side thing... my cholesterol was super high in jan, and I got it tested last month and for the first time since high school I was within the normal range.
